Trusted Realty Inspections is for those clients that hate being unprepared. My inspection report will prepare you for maintenance repairs needed in the future. This will allow you to make a budget and make repairs less financially stressful.
This is specifically important for first time home buyers. Not very many people tell you about all the maintenance expenses that came with owning a home.
With Trusted Realty Inspections you also get access to my network of professionals. The reason I have built a network of trades professionals is to serve my clients better. During an inspection, there will be times that I don’t know something and that’s when I use my resources.
I am building this company on the foundations of honesty and transparency. That is why I am sharing with everyone my past and giving you an inside look at who I am. I don’t just want to tell you that I am honest, I want you to see for yourself.
I was born in Ecuador and lived there for just over eight years. My parents decided to move back to Canada so that my siblings and I could have a better future.
As a nine-year-old kid, not knowing any English, it was very challenging to adapt at first. I was fortunate to have a Spanish speaking classmate that helped me out so much.
Fast forward to the end of high school, I’ve completely adaptable and have lots of great friends but now there’s a new challenge. Choosing a career.
Like most teens, I didn’t know what I wanted to do. My father loved working on cars so he suggested I try it.
I ended up doing an apprenticeship to be an automotive service technician and have now been licensed for over nine years. At this point I wanted to challenge myself in a new way by starting something from scratch. After doing some research, I decided that going into home inspection was the right fit for me.
Completed the ten-course training within a year and started my own company called Trusted Realty Inspections Inc.
I am currently working full time as an automotive service technician and building my company alongside.
Without the amazing people I’ve had around me, I would not be where I am today.
First and foremost, I need to thank my parents! They have made huge sacrifices in order to give my siblings and me a better lifestyle. To leave everything behind and start all over again in a new country is something that I admire. I honestly don’t know if I would be able to do that. It’s because of their sacrifice that I am motivated to continue to work hard and make them proud. I want them to know that they made the right decisions and that their sacrifices were for something.
I want to thank my siblings for being such amazing role models and always being there for me and giving me guidance. They have accomplished great things in their lives and have set the bar very high. They are another reason why I am motivated to work hard. I know they are proud of what I have accomplished so far and want to make sure they continue to be proud of me.
A special mention goes to my nieces and nephews. Whether it’s true or not, I feel like they are watching just like I’ve been watching my parents and sibling. That’s why I want to set a good example for them.
I’ve been very lucky to have met such awesome friends thought elementary school. We still hang out and keep in touch. We’ve shared lots of great memories. We support each other and have been there in good and bad times.
Another great support has come from my coworkers. I’ve had great coworkers that have helped me and shared their knowledge to make my life easier and advance in my career. I still keep in touch with a lot of them and continue to support each other.
Finally, I want to thank my amazing and loving fiancee Jessica. She has helped me so much. Jessica has helped me focus on my goals and objectives. I work very hard just to try and keep up with her work ethic. I could talk about her for a very long time but would rather save the speech for our wedding day.
These are the main people in my life that have guided, supported and motivated me to get to where I am today and continue to work hard for the future.
