WOW! What else can we say!
What a day we had at cupCAKE Sunday March 20th! When I heard that Jenn was about to go through the biggest battle of her life, I knew I wanted to do something! Jenn is always supporting and helping others and now it’s time for all of us to look after her! A friend of mine, Ron, who owns the Brick in Orillia saw a post I had shared on Facebook for Jenn’s Go Fund Me page and he messaged me wondering if he could do something to help! Our little idea turned into a huge success!
We had many businesses hop on board and together we raised $4200.00 for Jenn! The amazing gals from Parking Lot Pizza along with the support from Tenneil Hollenbeck Realtor had the Pizza oven fired up in the parking lot and our DJ kept everyone dancing in the sunshine! April from PIE MEDIA GROUP was snapping amazing photos all day!! cupCAKE and The Brick Orillia supplied the cupCAKES and Jenn’s amazing group of friends, Ronda, Tenneil, Kate and Erica worked the cash and even did a little cupCAKE decorating and we all had such a blast!!!!
This was the first of many events that will be held for Jenn to help her along the way with treatments and stays near hospitals while recovering from treatments in the coming months. Jenny, you’ve got this and we’ve got you!!!
