Christmas Cheer Launches Community Vote Campaign for New Logo Design
Barrie and District Christmas Cheer is reaching out to the community for help, but this time it’s help choosing their brand new look.
Before board members of Barrie and District Christmas Cheer can kick things into high gear to raise the $250,000 they need in order to provide a Christmas to nearly 1,700 families in the Barrie, Innisfil, Angus and surrounding area; they need to decide on a brand new logo design.
“We know that our logo is highly recognized in the community by our clients, sponsors and volunteers, so we wanted to ensure to involve them in the decision to make a change.” -Leah Wells, President, Barrie and District Christmas Cheer
After much deliberation, the charity has narrowed it down to two logo design options, graciously created for them by Norgar Creative Solutions, in which they feel represent what they do best. Both logos are now being presented to the public and are open for voting. Alongside both designs, is the meaning behind each concept which they hope will further assist the community in determining which logo they feel is best.
Christmas Cheer is asking the public to vote online via their social media platforms, including Facebook (Christmas Cheer Barrie), Instagram (@ChristmasCheerBarrie) and Twitter (@BarrieXmasCheer). The voting link can also be find our their website at www.ChristmasCheerBarrie.com. All voting will be conducted online. Deadline to vote is October 20, 2019 and the new logo will be announced shortly after that.
