Streamline your holiday schedule by letting your kids take charge in the kitchen, allowing yourself a much-needed break from the chaos, and giving them the opportunity to make cherished memories while cooking sustainable recipes for the entire family!

Canadian high school student and eco-advocate Lacia-Paige Cummings crafted a sustainable holiday menu that lets kids help out in the kitchen during the busiest time of year. As the winner of Tre Stelle’s Cheese4Change program that rewards students with $500 and schools with $5,000 for their sustainable food recipes, Lacia knows the value of cooking sustainably.

Since her big win, Lacia was inspired to create a sustainable holiday menu to empower children in the kitchen, emphasizing that the sooner kids get started, the better. She selected her favourite appetizer, dessert and breakfast foods from the all-new Bites by Tre Stelle APP that reuse popular holiday ingredients like cake and cranberries for some delicious holiday bites that give back to the planet.
