Exciting news for Barrie! The Indian River Reptile Zoo and Dinosaur Park, a registered charity is bringing over 30 life-size dinosaurs to the city for a fundraising event on May 3,4,5 at the Barrie Sports Dome.

“DINOSAURS LIVE “ Will feature animatronic dinosaurs that move and roar ….a Tyrannosaurus Rex, a Dilophosaurus, a Triceratops a Brachiosaurus, a feathered Velociraptor and many more. There is a dinosaur that kids can sit on to have their photograph taken!

To add extra excitement, Indian River Reptile has joined with a local company, Moonwalk, to include inflatable obstacle courses, slides, bouncy castle, dinosaur maze, inflatable archery contest with prizes for best shot and much, much more!

Admission to the event is just $10 per person with children 3 years of age and under free. Tickets available at the door or online at eventbrite.ca. Vendors and other services available for a fee i.e. face painter, balloonist, glitter tattooist, snacks & beverages, wooden dinosaur carvings and more!

This is a family event and educational too. Each dinosaur has an information plaque with important details.
The event will be open to the public Friday, May 3 from 12 noon to 9:00 pm, Saturday, May 4 and Sunday, May 5 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
