The number 8 is also an infinity sign which means forever. Forever is a long time to change, grow and learn. Even when you are 100 years old, you can learn new things. 100 years old seems like forever but for now you can be, do or have anything you want and have all the answers if you ask the right questions.
Isn’t it nice to know that you always have a choice? The choices you make today are impacting tomorrow and the days beyond. That is why your choices have to be positive ones because you can create the best future ever!
Who do you listen to? That is the question and only you have the answer. Sometimes in life who you listen to changes and so does a lot of other stuff. The world around you keeps changing and growing just like you do. Actually, in order to keep growing, you must keep changing.
The 8 great facts of life are rules of wisdom that help young people learn and teach other people insightful facts about life. Follow at least one a day and you will keep growing and changing to be the best version of you, because what you chose today becomes your tomorrow:

You are powerful.

Your brain has the ability to create and imagine thoughts. Those thoughts become things and you create the things that you think about most of the time. Keep using your power for the good and more good things will come your way.

Eat vegetables.

Your body needs nutrients to feed its growing structure. Your mind also requires vitamins and minerals to help you become smarter and smarter. Every day you need energy to move and this energy is best found in raw vegetables. If you eat one crisp and colourful carrot a day, you will make your vision more crisp and colourful too.

Feel strong!

Your bones and teeth take over 80 years to decompose. So, stand tall because that’s how you were built. Just like a tree stands tall and strong, so do you. The more well rooted you are the more branches you will grow.

Hugs matter

In a field of beautiful blossoming flowers, all flowers need to be watered in order to survive and it is the same for hugs. They are important for survival! When you love someone, to hug them always feels so good, doesn’t it? There is so much comfort in the arms of someone you adore so don’t be shy with giving them out either. Reach out because one hug a day will keep the doctor away.

Keep dreaming

Aren’t dreams the funniest things? When you wake up do you remember your dreams? Have you ever been a super hero or had magic powers in your dreams? Can you dream when you are awake? Keep your dreams in your mind and your mind on your dreams. People who dream big, achieve big.

Smile at others and make eye contact

We were all given two eyes and one mouth to use wisely. When we make eye contact there is an immediate connection between two people. We are all people of the same kind so smiling is a simple way to share that bond. When you are sad, it is proven to lift your mood when you smile. So smiling will not only make your day but someone else’s too.

Love yourself first

When you are comfortable in your own skin, it makes life a lot less challenging. So take lesson number six and use it on yourself when you are brushing your teeth in the morning and smile at yourself in the mirror. If you love yourself then loving others will come more naturally, you have to know it to show it.

Ask Questions

To keep learning, you have to seek knowledge and knowledge is power. Ask questions of yourself like what can I do today to make a difference? Where do I want to go in the world? When I grow up what do I want to be and how can I achieve that? The more you ask, the more you learn, the more you learn the better you feel, so ask questions at every meal and … enjoy your raw vegetables!

The Great 8 will help you be the best version of you possible and when you help yourself you are more capable to help others. Put yourself to the test and be the best, you are young, strong and beautiful but the only catch is that you have to know it to show it!
